Quote Terms

These draft terms apply to quotations issued by ANDES INTERNATIONAL LLC for parts and commercial refrigeration equipment.

Basis of quotation

Each quotation is prepared strictly against the specification submitted by the customer. Changes to dimensions, capacity, temperature, voltage, phase, refrigerant, doors or configuration require a revised quotation.

Validity

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document. Where no period is stated, the quotation is subject to reconfirmation before acceptance.

Freight and delivery

Freight, site access requirements and delivery windows are confirmed in writing. Estimated dates are not guarantees.

Lead time

Lead times are based on supply-source information at the time of quotation and are reconfirmed at order acceptance.

Exclusions

• Installation, rigging, refrigerant charging and commissioning unless explicitly quoted.
• Permits, inspections and electrical work.
• Taxes and duties unless itemized.
