Shipping Policy

This draft describes how orders placed through RefriParts USA are prepared, dispatched and delivered once transactional processing is activated.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Items shown as Available to Order require written confirmation of price and lead time before processing begins.

Dispatch information

Expected dispatch information is published only for records with verified controlled inventory. Where inventory is not verified, a lead time is confirmed in writing during order review.

Freight and shipping classes

• Small-parcel items ship via standard parcel carriers.
• Oversized, palletized and equipment orders are quoted as freight.
• Site access, liftgate and appointment requirements must be declared before dispatch.

Delivery statements

No delivery date is guaranteed. Estimated transit times are provided by carriers and are subject to change. Delivery commitments are only valid where confirmed in writing.

Damaged or short shipments

Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier delivery record and report it to info@andesinterco.com within the period stated on the shipping documents.
